Eluminary aims to Ship all items within 3 to 5 days of receiving payment.
We are based in Greece and ship from Greece. We offer a range of shipping options, each of which is given at checkout.
We ship worldwide and shipping costs are dependant on weight. Each country has its own duty/customs tax, which you, the buyer, are responsible for paying. Please check with your customs for your possible duty on the item you are purchasing as this may be due before you can receive your package once it has entered your country.
You have the option of choosing standard shipping or tracked. If you choose standard shipping we cannot be held responsible for an item not reaching you.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically as soon as you enter your shipping address. We use a Courier service to Ship to USA, Canada and the UK. Eluminary reserves the right to change the Shipping rates without notice as determined by the underlying costs.
All orders within Greece are shipped and delivered to your door byHellenic Post or DHL courier.
For tems or entire parcels lost, you must have paid for insurance in order to claim a refund. Please contact us prior to ordering any specimens if you wish to insure your shipment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all associated customs or duty fees when crystals, stones and minerals are being shipped internationally.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for the moment.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
When Items arrive damaged
If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number.
